Asko
Asko is a Swedish appliance brand that sells dishwashers and laundry in the United States. Asko began in Jung, Sweden, in the late 1950s.
What Asko makes
Asko builds dishwashers and laundry as its core, with a smaller run of ovens alongside. The dishwashers are offered in panel-ready and stainless fronts, with racking for tall stemware, pots, and odd-shaped items, and models designed to sit flush in a run of cabinetry. The laundry line pairs front-load washers with dryers, and drying cabinets that hang and air-dry garments that should not tumble. The brand positions its machines around durability and water and energy efficiency, aiming at kitchens and laundry rooms that want quiet, long-running equipment over a wide feature list.
Asko dishwashers, washers, and dryers
Asko's US catalog lists dishwashers and laundry.
- Dishwashers. Built-in 24-inch models in stainless or panel-ready fronts. The racks are nylon-coated steel. XXL models give a 23-inch loading height. Features include the Aqua Safe leak system and a self-cleaning program.
- Washers. Front-load washers. The Active Drum uses hourglass-shaped lifters. Programs include Steam Refresh, Hygiene, and Quick Pro.
- Dryers. Sensi Dry measures moisture to avoid over-drying. Washer and dryer pairs are a 24-inch class.
- Drying cabinets. A cabinet dries sweaters, coats, shoes, and gloves on pull-out racks.
Who Asko suits
Asko suits a household that wants a dishwasher with a tall rack opening and the option of a panel-ready front, or a laundry room that wants a matched washer and dryer. Confirm the cabinet panel size, venting or electrical needs, and stacking on the maker's spec sheet. For panel-ready planning, read our panel-ready dishwasher guide; for laundry across several makers, see our washers and dryers overview. Stacking a pair is covered in the stackable washer and dryer guide, and the heat pump dryer guide covers that dryer type. The Roseville team can match models to the room, and our Sacramento appliance store page has visit details.
