Hestan builds two connected lines, an indoor professional kitchen and an outdoor kitchen, tied together by construction and color. Indoors, the catalog covers gas and dual-fuel ranges and rangetops in 30 to 60-inch widths, cooktops, wall ovens, and ventilation hoods, built to a pro pattern with heavy grates and strong burners. Outdoors, Hestan builds gas grills, side and power burners, and the access doors, drawers, and storage modules that make up an outdoor-kitchen island, along with outdoor-rated refrigeration. Both lines are offered in a broad palette of colors and metal finishes, from stainless to deep saturated tones, so an indoor range and an outdoor grill can be specified to match a design. The build and the burners
