Speed Queen

Speed Queen builds home washers and dryers in Ripon, Wisconsin: top-load and front-load washers, gas and electric dryers, and a stacked unit, with the warranty term named in each model.

What Speed Queen makes

The home line is laundry. Top-load washers come in four series: the TR7, TR5 and TR3 use Speed Queen Perfect Wash with a delayed lid lock, and the TC5 uses Speed Queen Classic Clean, which the maker describes as a more aggressive wash action, with no lid lock. The FF7 front-load washer comes in a standard and a right-hinged version. Dryers come in gas and electric across the DR7, DC5, DR5 and DR3 series, plus the front-control DF7, and the SF7 is a stacked washer with a gas or electric dryer. Most series come in white, and several in black as well.

Warranty terms by series

Speed Queen names the warranty on each model: seven years on the TR7 washer and the DR7 dryers; five years on the TR5, TC5, DC5, DR5, DF7, FF7 and SF7; three years on the TR3 and DR3. The maker says it has built laundry in Ripon, Wisconsin, for more than 110 years. Pet Plus appears on the DR7, DC5, DF7, FF7 and SF7 models, and the DR7, DR5 and DF7 dryers are ENERGY STAR certified. Confirm the series and its warranty with us before you order.
